Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided a priest has not already been allocated.
Once a priest has been scheduled or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
If the assigned priest is unavailable and no replacement can be arranged
If a service cannot be performed due to unavoidable circumstances from our side
If there is an error in the service booked vs. the service delivered
Refunds are not provided for customer-initiated cancellations after scheduling.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Bank or payment-gateway timelines may vary.
